Delivery Times
Standard:
For mainland UK and the Republic of Ireland we deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday.
We aim to deliver within 3 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12 noon on a Thursday and midnight Sunday (or UK bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 4 working days.
A signature is required on delivery.
Express:
We deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday.
We aim to deliver the next day if your order is placed before 12 noon, Monday to Thursday. For orders placed between 12 noon on a Thursday and midnight Sunday (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 2 working days.

We Currently deliver to the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland, if you are outside of these areas please email at clothescloset@btinternet.com for shipping costs.
Payment Options
We currently accept payment via paypal, personal cheque/bankers draft. (please note if you pay with a personal cheque your item will not be sent until the cheque has cleared)
Returns
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 5 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please email clothescloset@btinternet.com to obtain a returns label.
Refunding the Delivery Charge
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
